This vintage Cuvee is created using a blend of 7 Grands Crus from the Cote des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims from the 2007 vintage. This recent release from Ayala has a very low dosage and has aged for over 10 years in Ayala's cellars producing a Champagne of great complexity and intensity that is a superb example of Ayala's savoir-faire. |
