Offering up a reserved bouquet of warm biscuits, dried citrus rind and yellow apple, its medium to full-bodied, with a somewhat firm and compact profile, missing the plenitude that characterizes some of the houses more recent offerings. This is a creditable but somewhat conservative effort that seems to have more to do with the houses past than its future. |
