Then it starts to build, offering a volume here that we have not seen before unless perhaps in 2009. Superbly nuanced too, each sniff adding a little touch of something. As much floral as on the fruit, while the palate adds salinity and even a touch of tannin. Crunchy and very long. To keep. |
