Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tank, followed by maturation in oak barrels. Raspberry, some bubble gum and musk stick and roses, spice and a dash of pepper, some funk and smoky stuff. Light, juicy sweet and sour red fruit and cherry, lick of fine tannin, spice, clean and fresh. Frisky, fun, kind of red-grapey too, but has some complexity and pleasing smokiness throughout.
