In the mouth it’s bright, medium-bodied, bristling with energy and gorgeous cherry and tangy plum flavours infused with notes of garrigue herbs and lifted spice. It’s so delicate and fine but loaded with lovely rich perfumed fruit which is literally drop-dead gorgeous to drink. Pinot drinkers will be all over this and Grenache lovers should take special note at how good it is. |
