La Haute Cirrière is a single-parcel Champagne produced by Jérôme Blin, a grower-producer based in Vincelles in the Vallée de la Marne. The cuvée is sourced from the eponymous vineyard site and reflects the estate's focus on expressing individual terroirs through low-intervention viticulture and careful vinification. As with much of Blin's range, the wine highlights the distinctive character of Meunier, a variety that has long been central to the region's identity.

The 2019 vintage presents an aromatic profile of orchard fruits, yellow apple and ripe pear, accompanied by notes of citrus zest, white flowers and subtle brioche. Extended lees ageing contributes additional complexity, while the Extra Brut dosage preserves clarity and precision. The palate is structured and energetic, combining fine mousse with a concentrated fruit core and a persistent mineral finish.
