On the palate, the wine is fresh and well-balanced, combining vibrant acidity with a rounded texture and a clean, persistent finish.

"This has a floral and mineral character with subtle notes of white nectarines, sliced pears, currant leaf and chalk. Hints of jasmine, too. Focused and complete on the palate with medium body and a crunchy, lengthy acidity that keeps its nerve and adds tension and freshness.
