The 2017 Ferrari Perlé Brut displays a pale golden colour with an exceptionally fine and persistent mousse. Aromas open with ripe yellow apple, white peach and citrus blossom, followed by hints of brioche, vanilla, toasted almond and subtle pastry notes developed through extended lees ageing. The palate is creamy yet vibrant, balancing generous fruit with crisp acidity and pronounced Alpine minerality. Layers of citrus zest, orchard fruits and delicate toast lead to a long, refined finish marked by freshness and saline precision. The wine is approachable now but has the structure to develop further complexity over the next decade.
