Buccia Nera is a family-owned estate in the hills of Campriano, near Arezzo in eastern Tuscany. With a winemaking history spanning five generations, the estate has become one of Tuscany's leading organic producers, farming its vineyards according to certified organic principles and emphasising biodiversity and sustainability. The winery combines indigenous Tuscan varieties with thoughtful, low-intervention winemaking to produce wines that are both expressive and approachable. Pa'Ro Bianco is one of the estate's signature white blends, named in honour of family members and created to showcase the freshness, aromatic complexity and versatility of traditional Tuscan white grapes.

A dry Toscana IGT white blend composed of 40% Grechetto, 40% Trebbiano and 20% Malvasia. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve their aromatic purity and natural freshness. The wine is medium-bodied and fruit-driven, balancing crisp acidity with a rounded texture and subtle mineral character, making it an elegant expression of central Italian white wine.

Pale straw yellow with bright golden reflections. The nose is fragrant and inviting, offering aromas of citrus blossom, white peach, pear and ripe apple, complemented by delicate floral notes and hints of fresh Mediterranean herbs. The palate is crisp and well-balanced, revealing flavours of lemon zest, orchard fruits and subtle stone fruit supported by lively acidity and a gentle mineral edge. A touch of almond and citrus peel adds complexity, while the finish is clean, refreshing and persistent with lingering floral and saline nuances.
