Livio Felluga is one of Friuli-Venezia Giulia's most iconic wineries and a pioneer of modern Italian white wine. Founded by Livio Felluga after the Second World War, the estate played a pivotal role in revitalising the vineyards of the Colli Orientali del Friuli and Collio. Today, the family continues his legacy by producing elegant, terroir-driven wines from sustainably farmed hillside vineyards. The distinctive labels featuring an antique map pay tribute to the historic vineyards cultivated by the Felluga family and have become synonymous with quality throughout Italy and beyond.

Sharis is a fresh, aromatic white blend of Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla, combining the richness and texture of Chardonnay with the lively acidity and floral character of Friuli's indigenous Ribolla Gialla. After a short period of skin contact, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then spends approximately six months on its fine lees, enhancing texture while preserving its vibrant fruit and mineral freshness. The result is a medium-bodied, elegant white that showcases the purity and finesse for which Friuli is renowned.

Bright straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is fragrant and expressive, revealing aromas of papaya, pineapple, apricot and candied citrus, alongside delicate notes of rose petals, magnolia blossom and prickly pear. On the palate, the wine is lively and well-balanced, with ripe orchard and tropical fruit flavours complemented by gooseberry, pomegranate and lychee. Crisp acidity and a subtle mineral character bring freshness and precision, culminating in a clean, persistent citrus-driven finish.
