Aroma: Aromatic notes of pear, lime, and citrus with distinct herbal, mineral accents.
Palate: The palate is characterized by crisp, fresh acidity and a pronounced mineral feel, typical of the Yoichi region. It is described as having a clean, easy-to-drink mouthfeel, with elegant nuances added from aging in French oak barrels (new and old) for about 3 months.
