La Tordera is a family-owned winery in Vidor, within the historic Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG zone of Veneto. The Vettoretti family has cultivated vineyards in the region for more than a century, while the modern winery was established in 2001 by siblings Paolo, Renato and Mirella Vettoretti. The estate is committed to sustainable viticulture, hand harvesting and low-intervention winemaking, with a focus on expressing the unique terroirs of Valdobbiadene's steep hillside vineyards.

Otreval ("Valtreo" spelled backwards) comes from the estate's highest vineyard in the Rive di Guia cru, situated at approximately 400 metres above sea level. The site's steep slopes, fossil-rich soils and pronounced day-night temperature variation produce a Prosecco of exceptional precision, freshness and mineral character. The wine is made in an Extra Brut style with 0 g/L residual sugar, allowing the vineyard's expression to take centre stage.
