First released in 2021, the cuvée is 100% Pinot Noir, with the fruit coming from two Grand Cru sites situated in Montagne de Reims. Pink-orange and copper tones. Strawberries, grapefruit, toast, almond, hazelnut. Very fine, active beads of effervescence. Nice tension and savory aspects on the palate. Soft, feathery mousse and mineral acidity, with a lingering saline finish. |
