The high quality of these wines is guaranteed by more than just hand-picked grapes, low yields and strict selection criteria. The gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation and long aging with yeast lees also contribute to the exceptional results. This gives the Alte Reben Riesling 2020 its impressive nose with homogenous fruit aromas, a delicate scent of raisins and fine hints of slate and citrus zest. At the same time, the aromas are absolutely balanced and still unobtrusive. On the palate, it is ripe, creamy and full-bodied with a mineral structure. A Riesling with exceptional potential. |
