Mason started his wine journey at 13, tasting wine from his uncle and reading all about it. He eventually skipped university to pursue a career as a sommelier and have not regretted that since. He kickstarted his career at three Michelin starred Les Amis restaurant before joining Park90.
Accredited as an Advanced Sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, Mason was crowned Best Sommelier of Singapore and Best Sommelier in South East Asia, both in 2019, and the Best Sommelier of Asia and Oceania in 2022
