luxurious spot serves as both a tea lounge during the day and an intimate wine bar during

evening, offering fine wines in a colonial-style setting. An impressive selection of over
1000
labels is available for visitors to savor, accompanied by mouthwatering Western and Asian
dishes
from the one-star Summer Palace. Park90 accommodates up to 80 guests.
Tenuta by Park90 is a beguiling space located at InterContinental® Singapore, a timeless and
majestic area which entices visitors to stay and unwind over an exclusive range of wines. To
accompany these wines, a delicious international menu of culinary creations from the hotel’s
award-winning restaurants can be savored. This exquisite venue is capable of accommodating
up to
100 people.
Situated at The Fullerton Waterboat House, Matera presents a unique and progressive Italian dining experience in Singapore, led by the renowned Chef Bjoern Alexander. With a background in MICHELIN-starred establishments, Chef Bjoern brings a creative flair to Italian cuisine, incorporating bold Asian influences that promise a memorable culinary journey. Matera offers various event spaces for intimate gatherings (<10 guests) and larger functions (up to 120 guests), with customizable menus.
Grand Cru Wine Concierge is located in the glass-ceilinged courtyard of Fullerton Hotel and serves as a first-of-its-kind flagship store and tasting lounge. Experienced sommeliers are available to aid in selecting wines to suit every palate, making it the ideal destination for oenophiles. This prestigious setting has a maximum capacity of 10 people.
