Located in the heart of Sorbara, the estate was founded in 1926 by Achille Paltrinieri. It is currently operated by the fourth generation of the family, Alberto and Barbara Paltrinieri. 

Sourced entirely from the historic 15-hectare "Cristo" vineyard zone, nestled in a thin strip of fertile, silty-sand land running between the Secchia and Panaro rivers. 

Paltrinieri is widely respected as a premier artisan specialist, dedicated to moving Lambrusco away from mass-market sweet styles and restoring its identity as a sophisticated, terroir-driven wine.
