Founded by Pietro Sartori at the end of the 19th century in Negrar, the heart of the historic Valpolicella Classico production zone. It is currently managed by the fourth generation of the family.

Grapes are sourced from north-of-Verona hillside vineyards rich in limestone and clay soils.
