The Cantina Terlano 2020 Alto Adige Terlaner Grand Cuvée Primo is all about texture. This beautiful wine carries the unique signatures of oak and lees aging that impart delicate creaminess. There is plenty of plushness and softness here, all followed by white wine tannins. Its rich and viscous mouthfeel makes a perfect sounding board for lemon curd, crème caramel and the gelatin on a fruit tart. This blend of 70% Pinot Bianco, 28% Chardonnay and 2% Sauvignon Blanc ends with a hint of gardenia flower—like the kind ladies in Tahiti wear so elegantly in their hair.
