| Tasting Note | : |
"Bright, pale straw yellow colour with green components. Intense and very clear nose, impressive, starts with notes of flint, then white peach, apricot and grapefruit, very clear and precise, fresh sage in the background. Juicy and extremely round in attack and finish, fresh apricot and grapefruit, salty on the final, very long finish, spans a wide range." - Falstaff Super restrained and detailed, fine wine, offering white peach skin, yellow grapefruit, white pepper and subtle, smoky tones. Full-bodied yet crunchy and subtly silky, vibrant and zesty, with a long, tight-knit structure. The aftertaste is full of grapefruit with positive bitterness. Drink or hold. - James Suckling Crafted with the same attention to detail as a Ferrari or a Gucci bag, this wine is sublime. Opening with aromas of warmed magnolia, peach pie, lemon candy and mountain herbs. The palate comes in waves as it crescendos and decrescendos with a complexity that only few wines in the world achieve. Skinned apples and pears lift with hints of mixed citrus zest as elements of spice and cream added a richness. Vibrant to the last drop, a wine that will shine for decades.
