There are various nuances such as pineapple mint, estragon, herbs like fennel, asparagus, boxwood, white truffle, and flint. From the attack, you can feel the rich fruitiness and sticky thickness, and it has a sticky smooth mouthfeel. The aftertaste is rich with the aroma of fruit, and the clear acidity that contrasts with the body is impressive. It is a long-aged sake that opens up in a large glass and decanted. We recommend uncorking it early.
