Jérôme Prévost is part of a small but growing group of grower-producers crafting intensely characterful, wine-driven Champagnes. Instead of the classic Champagne practice of blending grapes, vintages, and vineyards for uniformity, he focuses on single-vineyard, single-vintage bottlings made entirely from Pinot Meunier. Production is tiny, and his wines have become some of the most coveted in Champagne.
