Tasting Notes	:	Deep, dark, not quite opaque purple-ruby. Restrained savory aromas open slowly to reveal delicate cassis fruit. The palate displays vivid cassis fruit & lovely, pure black-cherry notes. Good acidity lifts pure cassis on the mid-palate beautifully. The medium-bodied wine has enough alcohol to give richness to the mid-palate. The palate has a good density of fine tannins adding cedar hints to the back-palate. The long finish is fine & elegant.
