| Capacity | : | 750 ml - Standard Bottle | Tasting Note | : | Once again there is just enough wood lurking in the background of the more elegant and vaguely Chablis-like aromas of iodine, mineral reduction, quinine and pretty floral wisps. The wood, while again subtle, does extend to the palate as well of the sophisticated flavors that brim with both minerality and underlying tension on the strikingly long and balanced finale. This will need to develop better depth to achieve the upper end of my projected range though it appears to have the stuffing to do just that. Drink from 2028+. |
