On the nose, notes of white pear, freshly cut peaches, braised nuts and lime zest awaken the senses. The palate is fresh and persistent with flavors of white fruits, jasmine flower, and brioche laced through bright natural acidity and dense stone fruit flavors. Subtle tones of creamy French oak lend weight and balance, while a touch of minerality comes through on the finish. |
