The 2022 vintage was marked by warm, dry conditions that produced healthy fruit with excellent ripeness and concentration. In the glass, the wine displays aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by subtle floral notes, gentle spice and hints of earth. The palate is medium-bodied and finely textured, with bright acidity supporting a core of pure red fruit.

Despite its regional appellation status, the wine shows a level of precision and balance that is characteristic of Domaine Ramonet. The tannins are supple and well-integrated, making the wine approachable in its youth while retaining enough structure for short- to medium-term cellaring.

An elegant and versatile Burgundy, it pairs naturally with roast chicken, grilled pork, charcuterie, mushroom dishes and soft-ripened cheeses.
