The NV Champagne Bourgeois-Diaz BD'M Meunier Brut Nature is a grower Champagne produced by Champagne Bourgeois-Diaz, a family estate based in Crouttes-sur-Marne in the Vallée de la Marne. Under the leadership of Jérôme Bourgeois-Diaz, the estate has become one of the most respected names among Champagne's artisanal producers, recognised for its commitment to biodynamic farming, low-intervention winemaking and terroir-focused expressions of Champagne. The vineyards have been farmed biodynamically since 2015, with a strong emphasis on biodiversity and soil health.

BD'M is a 100% Pinot Meunier Champagne, highlighting the grape variety that has long been associated with the Vallée de la Marne. While Pinot Meunier was historically viewed as a supporting variety in Champagne blends, a growing number of producers have demonstrated its ability to produce distinctive and age-worthy wines when grown on the right sites. This cuvée is sourced from old-vine Meunier parcels and aged for approximately 30 months on its lees before disgorgement. As a Brut Nature, no dosage is added, allowing the vineyard character and fruit purity to take centre stage.

The wine opens with aromas of red apple, pear and citrus peel, complemented by notes of bergamot, white flowers and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it is energetic and finely textured, with a persistent mousse supporting layers of orchard fruit and subtle savoury complexity. The absence of dosage enhances the wine's precision and mineral tension, while extended lees ageing contributes depth and structure. The finish is long, dry and remarkably focused.
