Slate richness on the palate and finish, silky tannins with notes of pencil shavings, dark chocolate, and ripe red plums. - Decanter, 2019. This estate, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region, has produced a rich, ripe wine. Its black-currant flavors and layers of warm fruits are balanced by tannins that are now softening well.
