| Rating | : | AG90 - Vinous by Antonio Galloni | Tasting Note | : | Weightless and gracious on the palate, the Gevrey-Chambertin Ostrea is laced with raspberries, crushed flowers, mint and anise, all in a pointed, mid-weight style that is undeniably appealing. The lifted aromatics and beautifully articulated finish impart a sense of freshness that is quite appealing. From barrel, the Ostrea, which emerges from pre World War II parcels in Brochon, was quite a bit deeper. It will be interesting to see if that fruit re-emerges with more time in bottle.
