Vinified in wood for 10 months and aged for at least 3 years in the bottle on the yeasts, it reveals a deep and mineral body, slender and also powerful, with enveloping creaminess, distinguished by a very clear and pleasant bouquet of juicy lemons, white flowers, pastry cream, accents of bread crust and flavors of toasted hazelnuts. |
