Champagne André Heucq is a small, family-owned grower estate based in Cuisles in the Vallée de la Marne. The domaine is recognised for its commitment to certified organic viticulture and biodynamic principles, producing terroir-focused Champagnes from individual vineyard parcels. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts, barrel ageing and minimal intervention in the cellar are central to the estate's philosophy, allowing each site to express its unique character.

La Rosière is a single organically farmed parcel located in Mareuil-le-Port, planted exclusively with Meunier on illite-rich clay soils. The vines average 25 years of age, yielding fruit of excellent concentration and freshness.

The 2018 vintage was produced in an extremely limited quantity of 1,139 bottles. Fermentation and élevage took place entirely in oak barrels, followed by 36 months of lees ageing before disgorgement. The wine is released Brut Nature, with no dosage, highlighting the vineyard's natural purity and mineral expression.

The 2018 La Rosière Bio is a rich yet finely balanced expression of Meunier. The palate is broad and creamy, supported by vibrant acidity and a distinctly chalky, saline finish. Despite its generosity, the absence of dosage gives the wine remarkable precision and tension.
