2013 is recognised as a standout vintage for reds from the Estate, no better illustrated than with our ‘1860 Vines’ release from that year. Seamlessly constructed and beautifully balanced, with rich dark and red berry fruits, dried herb/allspice nuances and fine grained tannins. Elegant yet powerful, like an iron fist in a velvet glove, the suggestions are there of more complexity to come with time in the cellar out to 2033/2038.
