Dry and lacy, this mouthwatering Champagne is well-balanced, offering ripe green apple, lemon pith and almond biscotti notes. Clean-cut and tangy, with salinity on the creamy finish. Disgorged September 2017. Drink now through 2021. 500 cases made.
A wonderfully elegant and ultra-pure nose blends notes of green apple, petrol, discreet yeast, citrus and acacia blossom. There lighter weight flavors possess an almost delicate mouth feel thanks to the soft yet super-fine effervescence that contrasts with the crisp and lemony finish. Like the Conversation, this is on the softer and rounder side of the spectrum but the complexity and overall sense of harmony are first-rate. |
