| Tasting Note | : | In this vintage the alcohol is 13.5% and the residual sugar 20 g/l. This has some pithy notes of citrus fruits, orange and pink grapefruit in particular, along with apricot stone and more tropical notes of mango on the nose. It feels really quite superb, exotic yet fresh and cool, the sweetness balanced by bitter elements and a citrus energy. Polished and plump yet fresh, this feels so perfectly defined, a fantastic demi-sec cuvée, energetic, long and minerally. A superb result and one that must be added to the cellar. |
