Tasting Notes	:	Deep, dark, not opaque purple-ruby color. The aromas have a classic cassis & plum nature. The palate is firmly structured & a little closed at first. There is good mid-palate grip as lovely fresh dark-fruit perfumes open around the cedary tannins. The acidity is fresh &alcohol is balanced. The structure is quite drying, almost astringent at first. Dark fruits, cassis, black-cherry & prune open on the mid-palate. The structured finish ends with juicy red-fruit.
