The bouquet is characterised by intense fruity notes, reminiscent of wild berries, including blackberry, blueberry and even strawberry tree fruit, accompanied by subtle hints of cherry. It also has an interesting spiciness, with notes of liquorice and slightly peppery nuances. The olfactory journey ends with light earthy and tertiary notes, including coffee bean. On the palate, it has a beautiful vivacity. The tannins are silky, fine and elegant, enhancing the structure of the wine. Enveloping on the palate. A long and persistent finish. |
