The complex bouquet blends notes of red fruits, especially cherry, sour cherry and black cherry, with hints of aromatic herbs, including sage and lavender. The spicy notes, reminiscent of cocoa beans, are particularly intriguing. At the first sip, it is full-bodied and energetic. Notes of red fruits continue to dominate; the freshness and acidity evoke hints of raspberry and currant. The spicy notes envelop the palate. Good persistence. Young, fresh and silky tannins. |
