Nose: Flamboyant and expressive. It prances out of the glass with sweet cherries, wild blueberries, cassis, and black fruits, delicately layered with candied violets, rose petals, star anise, and subtle marine/crushed-stone notes.
Palate: Impactful yet incredibly agile. It is velvety and concentrated, featuring succulent black and red fruits, bright acidity, and super fine-grained, silt-like tannins.
Finish: Exceptionally long, perfumed, and slightly saline, with a lingering minerality that beautifully showcases the limestone soils of the estate.
