| Tasting notes | : | This is a relatively unusual—but, in this vintage anyway, harmonious—blend of Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. Aromas rush from the glass: lime oil, red apple skins, orchard blossoms and more subtle dried herbal notes. The palate is highly textured, chalky yet slippery, with zesty acidity and a saline finish.
