A mineral-driven Blanc de Blancs from the Les Plantes d'Oger lieu-dit, crafted from old biodynamically-farmed vines on deeply chalky soils. Vinified in barrel and aged on lees for three years, this wine displays precision and tension: lemon peel, white flowers, and fresh almond on the nose, with a saline, mineral core on the palate. A long, iodine-tinged finish of exceptional quality.
