The 2021 Pinot Noir Hyland is exuberant in its personality from own-rooted Coury clone of vines, from a very small parcel within that has direct influence from the Van Duzer Corridor cooling winds. Ripe with aromas of both ripe red and black berries but also has orange oil citrus, and white pepper. Medium to full-bodied it offers a silky texture, with a floral profile, and is absolutely irresistible now. Long on the palate it is going to have a very large drinking window over the coming 15 or more years.
