Appearance: Pale gold.
Aroma: Ripe stone fruits, flinty mineral, white flowers, and hints of praline and hazelnut.
Palate: Broad-shouldered and intense yet balanced with high acidity. It shows great tension, with flavors of citrus, apple, and a strong, salty, and chalky finish.
Structure: Known for being one of the more "backward" and structural wines in the Lafon portfolio for the 2017 vintage.
