Tasting Note | : | The Chapelle de Potensac is a blend of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 56% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Franc, 5% Carmenere and 1% Petit Verdot. It has a slightly herbaceous bouquet that is a little foursquare and austere with a noticeable gravel scent. The palate is medium-bodied with leafy black fruit, supple tannins and a simple but lithe finish that is not long-term, but is fresh and slips down the throat with ease. |
