Wonderful palate of stone fruits, notably peach, anise and asian spices. It’s elegant and stylish with a rich, creamy texture and long impression on the back. From Viognier planted in the mid 1980s, the fermentation takes place in a mixture of large oak barrels and steel vats with full malolactic fermentation.
