| Tasting Notes | : | 90% Chardonnay from the coteaux sud d’Epernay (Monthelon, Mancy), which have much more in common with the Côte de Blancs than the Marne valley, and a bit of Bisseuil, which may be responsible for the ripest notes, with 10% of reserve wine from the Côte des Blancs. It's a Blanc de Blancs with ripeness and body, crunchy white fruit, apples, bright citrus, as well as a roundness which makes it an easy choice as an aperitif - the refreshing mineral finish keeps you coming back for more. |
