| Tasting notes | : | This is an elegant, Sauvignon Blanc-dominant version of the classic Margaret River white blend. It is a softer, herbaceous style of white, with delicious white peach and meyer lemon notes that balance out the dominance of zingy gooseberry. A portion of the wine (20%) is fermented in French oak barriques – enough to soften the wine and add a touch of brioche complexity without any evidence of oakiness. The wine has a lovely crisp acidity that delivers a fresh and zesty finish – it’s the perfect summer white, or in the words of the winemaker pairs beautifully with fresh air! |
