Chong boasts two decades of expertise within the wine and spirit industry, complemented by a distinguished Wine & Spirit Education Trust Diploma certification. Acknowledged as a Brand Ambassador for Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Krug, Veuve Clicquot, Ruinart, Armand de Brignac Champagne House, and various other wine houses, his diverse portfolio reflects a comprehensive grasp of both champagne and wine domains.
Thibault JACQUET
Manager at Domaine Bonneau du Martray
With over a decade of experience in various roles, Thibault Jacquet has established himself as a leader and entrepreneur in the world of fine wines. He currently works as the Manager at Domaine Bonneau du Martray after the winery's acquisition by E. Stanley Kroenke in 2017. In addition to this role, he is the Founder and General Manager of Karolus France, a distribution company that represents prestigious brands such as Screaming Eagle, Domaine Bonneau du Martray, The Hilt, Jonata, and The Paring.
Lucas LIU
Park90 Group Head Sommelier
Lucas is the Group Head Sommelier at Park90, boasting a remarkable career crowned with accolades such as the Champion of the 2019 Ruinart Challenge Singapore and the 2020 Singapore National Sommelier Competition. Representing Singapore in the ASI Asia Oceania Sommelier Competition 2022 held in Tokyo, he is also a panel judge in the 2023 Singapore National Sommelier Competition. Recently, he was accredited as an Advanced Sommelier certification from The Court of Masters Sommeliers and now spearheads the Chinese-speaking wine programs at Park90.
Mason NG
Park90 Wine Director
A distinguished figure in the world of wine, Mason currently serves as the Wine Director at Park90, leading an international team of 15 sommeliers. At the young age of 19, he became a Certified Sommelier, kick starting his illustrious career in wine. At 24, he was accredited as Advanced Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers Program. Since then, Mason has clinched prestigious titles including the 2019 Singapore National Sommelier Competition and the 2022 Best Sommelier of Asia & Oceania by ASI, ranking 19th globally by the time he was 28. For the past two years, Mason has also served as a panel judge for the Singapore National Sommelier Competition.
Alexis THIERRIAZ
Regional Manager of Cos d'Estournel for Asia-Pacific
Born and raised in the wine region of Sancerre. His grandfather was a well-known winegrower and his father a notable wine broker in the Loire Valley. After his studies in Burgundy, Rhone Valley and Canada while working for several renowned wineries, he began his journey in Asia as brand ambassador for a Bas-Armagnac and Cotes de Gascogne winery in China. In 2015 he joined the Domaines Michel Reybier in which figures the world-famous Château Cos d’Estournel representing them for Asia and Pacific markets.
Alexander VAN BEEK
General Director of Château Giscours
Alexander van Beek began his journey at Giscours in 1995 at the age of 24 during the harvest season, and it became a lifelong commitment. Appointed as director by Eric Albada Jelgersma in 1995, Alexander oversees the winery, vineyards, and represents Giscours at various events. His favorite moment is the harvest's excitement, and he treasures the Giscours park, a magical place with rare species and artwork. If he had to choose one Giscours wine, it would be the Giscours 2005, showcasing the estate's power and personality while maintaining remarkable freshness.

Located in the southern part of the Rhône valley in France, the Château de Beaucastel winery is famous for its Châteauneuf du Pape wines produced in a long-lived style and ranked 7 in the Top 100 by Wine Spectator in 2022. Its red Châteauneuf du Pape includes all 13 grape varieties that are traditionally part of the blend and uses a higher-than-usual proportion of Mourvèdre.
00 Wines has set out to produce the next great American Chardonnay in the Willamette Valley. Using the premier cool climate Chardonnay fruit in the US, and time-honoured artisanal white Burgundy techniques, 00 Wines has created something rare that is being set in a class alongside the greatest white wines in the world.
Champagne Charles Heidsieck was founded in 1851 by Charles-Camille Heidsieck. An entrepreneur and visionary, he designed the house in his image and a wine reflecting his personality. Over the past two decades - and no less than 12 times over those 20 years - the Charles Heidsieck Cellar Masters have been awarded the prestigious title of “Best Sparkling Winemaker of the Year” at the London International Wine Challenge.
One of the greatest names in Piedmont, Giacomo Conterno has forged a legacy of excellence since it started life as a modest wine bar in the village of San Giuseppe in 1908. Conterno's wines are generally regarded as timeless in every sense of the term - they age effortlessly for decades and represent a purity of traditional winemaking that has been astonishingly consistent for nearly a century.
Marchesi Frescobaldi is one of Italy’s most celebrated wine dynasties dating back 700 years and 30 generations. Originating in Florence around the year 1300, they were initially part of the rise of the Florentine banking industry and played an important role in the political and economic life of Florence.
Phillip Jones founded Bass Phillip in 1979 and has since earned a well-deserved reputation as one of Australia's greatest Pinot Noir producers. For decades Jones farmed his Gippsland plot with adherence to organic and biodynamic farming, the meticulous attention to detail in the vineyard yielding some of Australia's truly world class wines. So, it was only fitting that one of France's greatest Pinot Noir producers, Jean-Marie Fourrier, should take on the winemaking mantle as Phillip eased into retirement. Bass Phillip is arguably some of Australia's most important benchmarks for Pinot Noir and this new chapter of their story is going to be very exciting to watch unfold.
Brothers Franck and Frédérick lead Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson, taking pride in producing wines that are well-received all over the world. The estate is now exporting to twenty countries and championing Burgundian vineyards around the world. They navigate according to biodynamic theory and minimise vinification interventions to preserve the distinct character of each terroir.
Domaine Claude Dugat is a small Burgundy producer from the prestigious Gevrey-Chambertin appellation on the Côte de Nuits, who achieved cult status and the quality to match. Specialising exclusively in Pinot Noir, they craft a limited selection of wines, with the most coveted ones originating from specific grand cru vineyards.
A boutique vineyard established in Western Australia's biodiverse Margaret River region in 2004. Cloudburst Wine's award-winning biodynamic practises, hand-picked, wild ferments, and intuitive practises have rocketed it to the top tier. With an unyielding focus on quality and a profound connection to the land's terroir, Will stunned the local industry in 2013 by taking home a clean sweep of all trophies at the Margaret River Wine Show. Cloudburst is notable for being the first Australian wine to sell for more than AU$500 per bottle, demonstrating its exceptional value and distinctiveness.
Jonata pays homage to its historical roots with a focus on Bordeaux grape varieties from its estate in the Central Coast of California’s Ballard Canyon appellation within Santa Ynez Valley. This is one of a new breed of producers throughout the world who are thriving with a non-traditional amalgam of varieties and blends. Informed by cutting edge viticulture, winemaking and a polyface approach to their estate, the Jonata wines are on the vanguard of an emerging quality movement in California winegrowing.
Château Cos d'Estournel is a winery in the Bordeaux region of France's Saint-Estèphe appellation. It has become the archetype of St Estèphe in the eyes of wine lovers, where strength does not preclude freshness or smoothness. Château Cos d'Estournel produces the eponymous grand vin, the estate's second wine since the 1994 vintage, Les Pagodes de Cos from younger vines, and Château Marbuzet from fruit from neighbouring plots.
Château Troplong Mondot is a Saint-Emilion first classified growth, elegantly distinguished by the identity of its wine, its eco-responsible management of the vineyard and its way of welcoming visitors to the estate.Established on the highest point of the appellation, this 43-acre estate benefits from ideal exposure and geological conditions. The unique diversity of its soils is revealed through powerful and elegant, complex, and precise wines.
