After studying for years at the American school in Florence, he graduated in Viticulture and Oenology in Milan, then continued his studies in Bordeaux and obtained the DNO, Diplôme Nationale d’Oenologue.

He began his professional career working as a winemaker between France and Italy - Château l’Evangile (Lafite), Tenuta di Trinoro, Livio Felluga, Marchesi Mazzei and others.

After that, he worked for about 10 years at the OIV, International Organization of Vine and Wine, as Head of the Enology Commission, working in the sector of production standards, communication, strategy and as a wine taster in international competitions.

Born and raised in France, Julien has always been an epicurean at heart, cherishing the conviviality of shared meals and joyous laughter. His wine journey commenced in 2006 in China, where he conducted tastings in diverse settings. Pursuing a dual Master's Degree in Business in France and Austria, his academic path intertwined seamlessly with his passion for wine. Immersed in Burgundy's rich winemaking heritage, Julien developed a profound admiration for terroir-driven wines. Transitioning into the realm of wine importation in Greater China, he represented prestigious wineries from Burgundy and Bordeaux. Following a successful tenure with a renowned Californian producer, he seized the opportunity to join Viñedos Familia Chadwick in 2015.

Jérôme Prévost is a revered figure in the world of grower Champagne, known for his exceptional work with the Pinot Meunier grape. His winery, La Closerie, located in the village of Gueux, just west of Reims, has gained a cult following among serious Champagne enthusiasts. Despite his relatively recent entry into winemaking, Prévost's Champagnes have become highly coveted, celebrated for their complexity and unique expression of the terroir.

The only daughter of François Gros, Anne Gros forged her character and reputation in the world of wine after taking over her father's estate in 1988. At the age of 25, Anne Gros saw the family domaine expand from 3 to 6.5 hectares and invested in a new winery in 1999. As a winemaker, she is wary of certainties and values preserving her freedom. As a woman, Anne has proven herself and demonstrated to all those who doubted her ability to manage an estate.
A loving extension of the brainchild and vision of the notable producer of the Anjou, Jo Pithon, Domaine Belargus previously known as Pithon-Paillé, the languid vineyard that has long been known to produce exultant pieces of white wines. Using biodynamics and organic material to produce their wines, the winery believes that Chenin Blanc has potential for diverse terroir expression equal to Pinot Noir in Burgundy.
Brothers Franck and Frédérick lead Domaine Henri & Gilles Buisson, taking pride in producing wines that are well-received all over the world. The estate is now exporting to twenty countries and championing Burgundian vineyards around the world. They navigate according to biodynamic theory and minimise vinification interventions to preserve the distinct character of each terroir.
Viñedo Chadwick is the award-winning flagship Chilean red wine of the Viñedos Chadwick group, which also owns labels such as Errazuriz and Seña. It is a single-vineyard release heavily based on Cabernet Sauvignon, with just a dash of Petit Verdot. The first vintage, the 1999, was released to widespread acclaim, while the 2000 release made headlines when it won an international blind tasting in Berlin in 2004, pitched against some of the greatest wines of France and Italy.
A boutique vineyard established in Western Australia's biodiverse Margaret River region in 2004. Cloudburst Wine's award-winning biodynamic practises, hand-picked, wild ferments, and intuitive practises have rocketed it to the top tier. With an unyielding focus on quality and a profound connection to the land's terroir, Will stunned the local industry in 2013 by taking home a clean sweep of all trophies at the Margaret River Wine Show. Cloudburst is notable for being the first Australian wine to sell for more than AU$500 per bottle, demonstrating its exceptional value and distinctiveness.
Marchesi Frescobaldi is one of Italy’s most celebrated wine dynasties dating back 700 years and 30 generations. Originating in Florence around the year 1300, they were initially part of the rise of the Florentine banking industry and played an important role in the political and economic life of Florence.
Domaine Fourrier is a wine house situated in Gevrey-Chambertin - a commune in the Cote d’Or region of Burgundy, France. Domaine Fourrier owns 10 hectares of vineyards spread amongst the communes of the historic Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-St.-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, and Vougeot. Being the first estate in France to export their wines into the USA, it now exports 99% of its wins and is one of the most coveted red wines among Burgundy lovers.
Champagne Charles Heidsieck was founded in 1851 by Charles-Camille Heidsieck. An entrepreneur and visionary, he designed the house in his image and a wine reflecting his personality. Over the past two decades - and no less than 12 times over those 20 years - the Charles Heidsieck Cellar Masters have been awarded the prestigious title of “Best Sparkling Winemaker of the Year” at the London International Wine Challenge.
Jonata pays homage to its historical roots with a focus on Bordeaux grape varieties from its estate in the Central Coast of California’s Ballard Canyon appellation within Santa Ynez Valley. This is one of a new breed of producers throughout the world who are thriving with a non-traditional amalgam of varieties and blends. Informed by cutting edge viticulture, winemaking and a polyface approach to their estate, the Jonata wines are on the vanguard of an emerging quality movement in California winegrowing.
Widely known as a producer of "Super Tuscan" wine, Tenuta San Guido is an Italian wine producer in the DOC Bolgheri in Toscana. It produces Sassicaia, a legendary Bordeaux-style red wine, the one that put the Super Tuscans on the map and changed the way the world views Italian wines. Vittorio Frescobaldi and Robert Mondavi's encounter in the early 1990s marked a turning point in Tuscan winemaking.
