| Tasting notes: | The 2011 Syrah Cuvee Christine is a cross-vineyard blend from various sites. About 40% whole clusters were used along with indigenous yeasts, and the wine spent 22 months in 35% new French oak. There are 800 cases of this attractive wine that came in at 13.9% alcohol. Black cherry, black olive and forest floor scents jump from the glass of this dark ruby/purple-colored Syrah.
