Tasting Note | : | This has never been one of my favorites, although in great vintages where ripeness is easily obtained, it can be a useful wine. The 2012 seems to be reasonably successful for the vintage. It is not too austere, its tannins are fairly ripe, and the wine is mid-weight with attractive notes of black and red currant fruit, spice box and earth. |
